Tender Document Access and Submission:
- Interested bidders can download the tender document free of charge from the State Department’s website www.housingandurban.go.ke.
- Tender documents must be collected from the Supply Chain Management Office, Ardhi House, 6th Floor Wing B, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi during normal working hours. For inquiries and clarifications, email: procurement@housingandurban.go.ke.
- Tenders should be quoted in Kenya Shillings and inclusive of all taxes, with validity for 120 days from the tender opening date.
- Completed tender documents must be submitted to:

- Physical submissions should be made on or before Tuesday, 23rd July 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Electronic tenders will not be accepted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the submission deadline at the Company’s Training Centre in the presence of attending tenderers’ representatives.
Important Notes:
- Late tenders will not be considered.
- The State Department reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
