Job Description
- Reporting to the Senior Director, People Development, you will join a culture that values cross-functional and global collaboration. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Onboard – we help new employees to get settled and onboarded into working life at Jellyfish, through the support of a buddy and a structured onboarding program.
- Develop – we provide different tools, resources, training and support for employees to continue building their knowledge and technical expertise.
- Grow – we deliver support on the daily operational skills that are required for success, including support through our mentoring program.
- Boost – we provide training for individuals, teams and leaders, to help with their ongoing development, to boost their abilities and performance.
- Accelerate & Retain – we provide opportunities for progression, continued growth, stretch and challenge, to help develop and retain our global talent.
- Your initial priorities for the first 3 months (whilst onboarding) in the role, will include getting to understand and support our People Development processes, tools and platforms.
- You will work in partnership with others across our global team to help improve and automate our processes, including making improvements to our team reporting and training scheduling. Once you’ve completed your onboarding phase, you will have the opportunity to work on both global and regional projects, which will allow you to further develop your skills as a learning professional.
Qualifications
- A grade 12 or matric
- Any learning and development/HR type of qualification
- At least one year experience in a training/development role
